Summer Program

SUMMER PILATES AND STRENGTH PROGRAM

Just wanted to let you know about the SPECIAL Summer Challenge Program which starts June 3rd. A Pilates class will be taught on Tuesdays at 12pm and Fridays at 5:45pm. Most classes are live, some are recorded but ALL ARE ON ZOOM and you will have access to every class via a DRIVE link FOREVER so no worries if you can't make the exact time. These are yours!


The classes are NOT included with the unlimited class package.

In additon, you will have 12 week access to my app where I will assign you 3 strength workouts you can follow each week and you can do them on the days that work best for your schedule.

Phase 1
Priming Metabolism

This Phase focuses on: 

  • Improving energy + sleep

  • Decreasing bloating and improve digestion

  • Balancing hormones and decreasing hormonal symptoms

  • Decreasing cravings

  • Boosting metabolism

  • Priming your body for fat loss 

  • When you start you will go through a series of assessments to help us figure out how to solve the things holding YOUR body back!

Phase 2
Fat Loss + Toning

This Phase focuses on: 

  • Fat Loss! Now that you did such a great job of priming your body metabolism, we can accelerate fat loss!  The best part is we don’t cut out your favorite foods and your coach is there for accountability and support every step of the way. 
     

  • Even in fat loss, we ensure that we maintain all the results you achieved in phase 1 (energy, digestion, sleep, hormonal symptoms)

Phase 3

Results that LAST

This Phase focuses on: 

  • Your Exit Plan. We don’t stop at fat loss - we teach you how to come out of your fat loss phase WITHOUT gaining weight back so you never have to diet again!
     

  • This is what most coaching programs don't provide, but is IMPORTANT for lasting success after fat loss. 
     

  • We focus on giving you the tools you need in order to be successful on your own outside of the program. We want to not only transition you out of fat loss, we also want to ensure YOU understand how to keep it off.

Huge shout and thanks to Rose Gentile Ryan and Macros for beginners. Down almost 10 lbs in 5-weeks, but it’s not the actual pounds lost. At this point, I’m sure everyone’s tired of hearing my cancer story, but I lost my full thyroid, and only medicine does the work for it in my body now. It does not want me to lose weight! No joke, it’s like the thyroid keeps the pituitary gland firing all day long, for me, it get’s one huge shot in the am and nothing. Talk about dead metabolism. Rose, her expertise and professionalism – teaching me the importance of protein and healthy eating. Sticking with me as I cry babied those first few weeks because the weight wouldn’t come off. I swear I IM’d her morning noon and night. She read my food logs, pushed me for more protein. Literally whined I could just not eat anymore, and she promised, increase my protein and I’d see the results. Well guess what – she was right!!!! My body is finally, finally letting go of some very hard lbs’s!! Everyone, everyone needs to give Macro’s for Beginners and Garage Girl Fitness a shot. Even a “big girl” like me did her classes online – and I loved that I got my blood pumping fast again! Love you Rose!!! Thanks for making everything so easy for this simpleton!!

A Bit About Me

Rose has been teaching fitness classes for over twenty years and enjoys all kinds of workouts. Some of her favorites include: Cardio Kickboxing, Spin, Pilates, Muscle Conditioning and Running. She enjoys working with men and women on all fitness levels and truly believes fitness should be FUN but challenging at the same time!

Rose is a certified Nutrition Coach through NASM and Precision Nutrition, a certified Macro Nutrition Coach through The Macro University, a certified Functional Nutrition Coach through The Macro University, a certified Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer through Fitour, a certified TRX Suspension Instructor and holds a valid CPR license. She is always thinking of new, “out of the box”, creative programs to include in her group fitness regimen and ways to inspire others to discover the world of fitness.  Providing a personal touch to each client and getting to know the needs of each client are extremely important to Rose.

Rose received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Suffolk University and a Master’s degree in Criminology from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. Rose has been a Private Detective for over 25 years. In addition to owning and running #garagegirlfitness in Tewksbury, MA, she is also the owner of Ryan Investigations (which she started in 2007); the Fitness Director at MG Fitness Wakefield; a Fitness Consultant for various nationwide fitness studios; and a consultant for Arbonne. She is also the previous owner of Body Infusion, a full service fitness facility, which was located in Wilmington, MA.

Most importantly, Rose is very family oriented. Her favorite times are spent with her husband Billy, with whom she graduated Pope John High School, and as a mother to their two active children, Sam and Jake. Sam is a beautiful, kind and active20-year old who is currently a college softball player and hoping to pursue a career as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.  Jake is a handsome, athletic 19-year old whose favorite sports are hockey and golf (or whatever he is playing at the time).  He is currently employed as a full time Plumber in Boston.

Together, the Ryan family loves to spend time with their family members, friends and especially with their four dogs: Sully, Mookie, Maxi and Wally. They stay active playing sports together (huge Boston sport fans), traveling and currently, the Ryans are on a mission to find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes and JIA.
